Jake Ratzker is an Associate at Zamir Equities, responsible for supporting Zamir Equities in all their commercial real estate endeavors. Jake reports to Zamir Equities’ founder and Managing Director, Asher Zamir, and Todd Techananalert, vice president of acquisitions and asset management.

Jake primarily focuses on identifying, structuring, and executing new acquisitions, as well as the debt and equity funding for the firm’s investments. Using his extensive underwriting background, he provides the company with comprehensive analysis of new acquisitions opportunities.

In addition to his involvement with investment transactions, Jake helps manage several buildings in Zamir Equities’ portfolio. His asset management responsibilities include market research, data analysis, and financial forecasting.

Jake joined Zamir Equities in 2021, after previously working as an Analyst for Sky Harbour Group – a real estate development company focusing on aviation infrastructure. At Sky Harbour Group, Jake was responsible for underwriting prospective ground up development deals.

Jake grew up in Livingston, New Jersey but now resides on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. He graduated from Yeshiva University Sy Syms School of Business with a degree in accounting.
